I’ve been looking at the conference facility on Skype and mine says you can conference up to 24 people. They don’t even have to have Skype. You can call regular phones as well. Their number has to be on your Skype list. I have Skype credit and use Skype as a regular phone as well but if you only use the free version of Skype without credit then you won’t be able to do this except chat to other Skypers - Desiree
