Hi John, it has been quite an week and what I have learnt has been amazing. I have been speaking with Desiree everyday and we have been really getting behind one another. My discipline has increase greatly this week. I have been alot more careful about what trades I get into. I'm happy with the idea of sitting and NOT trading when there is NOT an opportunity. I feel this has been a real problem before.

In the end I managed to finish the week £431 in profit. Please find the analyzer in the attachment for my trades. This weeks trades start from number 132. You will see from Wednesday (after the run of losses) that I started to focus more on quality trades rather than looking at something that is NOT there.

This is where I want to continue to focus next week as I feel it is hard to do that. It is worth while WAITING for the right opportunity rather than FORCING the move that isn't there.
