26th October

Hi Desiree
Unfortunately, neither John or yourself have acutally answered my question!

The question is; Does John's course "Scalping the Forex" require a spread
betting platform, e.g IGIndex, Capital Spreads etc. and use spread betting
techniques or not?

I currently scalp/trade the forex, but I do not use spread betting
techniques, nor do I use a spread betting platform like Worldspreads- - I
use a Forex trading platform supplied by a Forex Broker e.g.www.forex.com
and www.fxcm.com.

I can't see how you would scalp the forex using a spread betting platform-
for a start the spreads (pips) for the currencies are horrendous! The
trades have to move 12-40 pips before you can be in profit! With a straight
forex trade you can be in profit after 2 pips! e.g Euro/USD.

For another, the speed of execution of each trade is far too slow using a
spread bet platform.

Also with a good forex broker, you can hedge your trades- I doubt if any
spread betting platform allows this! At least I haven't found one that
does! - Cheers - Ms CS

John - Please help me answer this question. My knowledge regarding her questions is
too little to help her without me looking like a total Wally. - Kind regards - Desiree

Desiree Hi, Copy and paste the answer below - Sorry I got you involved
Regards John B

"Answer - We go into profit after ONE pip - Yes you do require a
spreadbetting Platform - John recommends Worldspreads you can also go to a
broker direct - John uses CMS in the USA -

WS has 1 pip spread and CMS two,
on certain currencies during certain hours - Its also instant execution
with trades under £50 per pip - CMS direct has 2 pip spread with hedge
facilities. Any further questions please refer to John on 07753748320
